Franco Testa (7 February 1938 – 22 June 2025) was an Italian cyclist who won a gold medal in the team pursuit at the

. In 1964, he also won a team silver medal at the world championships. In 1965–67, he rode as a professional, but with little success. Franco Testa died on 22 June 2025, at the age of 87.
