Tarbela ( pnb, ) or Torbela ( ps, توربېلا) is one of the 44 union councils, administrative subdivision, of Haripur District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. The name comes from the words ''tor'' (Pashto for "black") and ''bela'' (Punjabi/Hindko for "forest").
