Early life

Clair is the daughter of Hillary and Amos Abplanalp and is the second oldest of five children, with one older brother and three younger sisters. Clair also has a step-brother, three step-sisters, and a half-sister from her mother's second marriage, all of whom are younger than her. She has been playing piano since she was two years old.
