Kofi Arko Nokoe is the member of parliament for the constituency. He was elected on the Ticket (election), ticket of National Democratic Congress (Ghana), National Democratic Congress (NDC) and won a majority of 19,830 votesMPs elected in the Ghanaian parliamentary election, 2020 to become the Member of Parliament, MP. He succeeded Catherine Abelema Afeku who had become Member of Parliament, MP on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
