The racial makeup of Edmundson Acres was 108 (38.7%) White, 5 (1.8%) African American, 3 (1.1%) Native American, 1 (0.4%) Asian, 0 (0.0%) Pacific Islander, 143 (51.3%) from other races, and 19 (6.8%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 225 people (80.6%). The whole population lived in households, no one lived in non-institutionalized group quarters and no one was institutionalized. There were 71 households, 32 (45.1%) had children under the age of 18 living in them, 35 (49.3%) were opposite-sex married couples living together, 13 (18.3%) had a female householder with no husband present, 8 (11.3%) had a male householder with no wife present.
