Dhruv Bhandari quit the show because Mantu, who is in love with Amaya, in the coming days would have seen a shift in his personality to negative after a sudden story change in which Amaya is forced to marry Mantu's childhood friend, Rama. Dhruv thought otherwise and chose to opt out instead of playing a negative role.
