Biography

Gwillim was born in Plymouth. He is the son of
Jack Gwillim Jack William Frederick Gwillim (15 December 1909 – 2 July 2001) was an English character actor. Career Born in Canterbury, Kent, England, he joined the Royal Navy at 17 and served for over twenty years, becoming one of the youngest men ever to ...
. His sister Sarah-Jane Gwillim and half brother Jaxon Duff Gwillim are also actors. David Gwillim married actress Lynn Dearth in 1974; she died in 1994. His second wife is actress Deirdra Morris, whom he married in 1997.
