Caroline has been married to Nik Johnson in 2001 and they have three children. He works as a farmer and businessman. They live in Sudbrook, Lincolnshire. In addition to her parliamentary duties, she continues to work as a part-time consultant paediatrician in Peterborough City Hospital and earns an additional salary of £20,286.40 for 336 hours annually as of 2022.
