College career

Stith was the

in 1989. He finished his career in 1992 as Virginia’s all-time leading scorer with 2,516 points. Stith earned first-team All-ACC honors three times and was named the Most Valuable Player of the 1992 National Invitation Tournament. During Stith's time at Virginia, the Cavaliers compiled four 20-win seasons, three NCAA appearances and the 1992 National Invitation Tournament championship.
