in Steuben County, New York, United States. The population was 811 at the 2020 census. The town is named after Major Robert Bradford. The Town of Bradford is in the northeastern section of the county, north of Corning.

History

The town was first settled ''circa'' 1793. The first settler was Daniel Taylor (1775 - December 3, 1851), who was interred in Sonora, N.Y. cemetery. The town was formed from the Town of Orange (then the "Town of Jersey") in Schuyler County in 1836.
