Name

Their original name, in Italian, was ''Binciola'', which was also spelled ''Binçola'', ''Binzola'', ''Biniciola'', ''Bensiola'' and ''Buccignola''. In modern Croatian, it has been transcribed as ''Binčola'', and Slavicized into ''Binčulić''.
