Bietaserpine (International Nonproprietary Name, INN), or 1-[2-(diethylamino)ethyl]reserpine, is a derivative of reserpine used as an antihypertensive drugs, antihypertensive agent. Like reserpine, bietaserpine is a VMAT inhibitor.
