Personal life

Phang's wife is Phang Sock Yong,Andrew B L Phang and Goh Yihan, ''Contract Law in Singapore'' (Alphen aan den Rijn: Wolters Kluwer, 2012) at 5. an economics professor at the Singapore Management University. He has two daughters.
