WXTK (95.1 FM; "Newsradio 95 WXTK") is a commercial radio station licensed to West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, and serving Cape Cod. It has a talk radio format and is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc. The studios and offices are on Barnstable Road in Hyannis, while the transmitter is on Radio Lane in Yarmouth. WXTK is the direct descendant of Cape Cod's first commercial radio station, WOCB. WCOD-FM (106.1 MHz) is a hot adult contemporary formatted radio station licensed to Hyannis, Massachusetts. It is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc. WCOD's sister stations include WEII, WCIB, and WXTK. West Yarmouth is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Yarmouth in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 6,012 at the 2010 census. Geography West Yarmouth is located in the southwest quarter of the town of Yarmouth at (41.649547, -70.246385).
