VVT (gang)
VVT was a Canadian Tamil street gang originating in Toronto believed to be named after the town of Valvettithurai in northern Sri Lanka. VVT was founded in the early 1990s by Sri Lankan Tamil immigrants, who had fled because of the country's civil war A civil war is a war between organized groups within the same Sovereign state, state (or country). Milliken District Park is a park located in the Scarborough area of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Description The park is located in northeast Scarborough and it is named after the community of Milliken.
