The Oriental Land Company
is a Japanese leisure and tourism corporation headquartered in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan where it also owns and operates the Tokyo Disney Resort. The company operates in three segments, divided as theme parks, hotels, and other business. Oriental Land pays licenses and royalties to The Walt Disney Company for use of their intellectual properties, while Disney provides consultation and their Imagineering division to design and build Oriental Land's theme parks and attractions at the resort. Keisei Transit Bus
The is a Japanese bus company. It was formed by Keisei Bus (Keisei Group) and Oriental Land Company, on 2 February 1999. Keisei Transit Bus has two barns, one in Shiohama Ichikawa, the other in Chidori Urayasu. Disney Resort Line
The , officially called , is an automated monorail in Japan, which operates between Maihama Station and the Tokyo Disney Resort. The system is operated by , the subsidiary of Oriental Land Co., Ltd. that operates the resort. Legally speaking, the line is built as a "railway", just like ordinary rapid transits or commuter rail lines. As such, season tickets are available, and Pasmo and Suica IC cards can also be used on this line. The (local nickname ''TDR'') is a theme park and vacation resort located in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan, just east of Tokyo. The resort is fully owned and operated by The Oriental Land Company under a licence from The Walt Disney Company, who constructed and designed the resort and its various attractions.
