3,3',5,5'-Tetramethylbenzidine
3,3′,5,5′-Tetramethylbenzidine or TMB is a chromogenic substrate used in staining procedures in immunohistochemistry as well as being a visualising reagent used in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). TMB is a white solid that forms a pale blue-green liquid in solution with ethyl acetate. TMB is degraded by sunlight and by fluorescent lights. Enzymatic assay TMB can act as a hydrogen donor for the reduction of hydrogen peroxide to water by peroxidase enzymes such as horseradish peroxidase. The resulting one-electron oxidation product is a diimine-diamine complex, which causes the solution to take on a blue colour, and this colour change can be read on a spectrophotometer at the wavelengths of 370 and 650 nm. The reaction can be halted by addition of acid or another stop reagent. Using sulfuric acid turns TMB yellow, with a peak absorbance of 450 nm. The amount of converted TMB may be indexed by the amount of 450 nm light it absorbs. Material Safety TM ...

TMB And TMSB Series Mines
The TMB-1,TMB-2, and TMSB were a round Soviet minimum metal anti-tank mines used during the Second World War. Both mines were similar in design, differing only in size, with the TMB-2 being the larger. The mines bodies were constructed from asphalt impregnated cardboard with internal wooden slats for strengthening. A central glass pressure plug sat over an MV-5 pressure fuse. Downward force of about 26 pounds (115 newtons) causes the case to give way, triggering the mine. The mine was normally employed in minefields mixed with metal-cased anti-tank mines. The mines were also easy to fit with anti-handling device An anti-handling device is an attachment to or an integral part of a landmine or other munition such as some fuze types found in general-purpose air-dropped bombs, cluster bombs and sea mines. It is designed to prevent tampering or disabling, ...s. Specifications References * TM 5-223,''Foreign Mine Warfare Equipment'' * * * Anti-tank mines Land mines of ...

Trimethylborane
Trimethylborane (TMB) is a toxic, pyrophoric gas with the formula B(CH3)3 (which can also be written as Me3B, with Me representing methyl). Properties As a liquid it is colourless. The strongest line in the infrared spectrum is at 1330 cm−1 followed by lines at 3010 cm−1 and 1185 cm−1. Its melting point is −161.5 °C, and its boiling point is −20.2 °C. Vapour pressure is given by , where ''T'' is temperature in kelvins. Molecular weight is 55.914. The heat of vapourisation is 25.6 kJ/mol. Preparation Trimethylborane was first described in 1862 by Edward Frankland, who also mentioned its adduct with ammonia. Due to its dangerous nature the compound was no longer studied until 1921, when Alfred Stock and Friedrich Zeidler took advantage of the reaction between boron trichloride gas and dimethylzinc. Although the substance can be prepared using Grignard reagents the output is contaminated by unwanted products from the solvent. Trimeth ...

Tumor Mutational Burden
A neoplasm () is a type of abnormal and excessive growth of tissue. The process that occurs to form or produce a neoplasm is called neoplasia. The growth of a neoplasm is uncoordinated with that of the normal surrounding tissue, and persists in growing abnormally, even if the original trigger is removed. This abnormal growth usually forms a mass, when it may be called a tumor. ICD-10 classifies neoplasms into four main groups: benign neoplasms, in situ neoplasms, malignant neoplasms, and neoplasms of uncertain or unknown behavior. Malignant neoplasms are also simply known as cancers and are the focus of oncology. Prior to the abnormal growth of tissue, as neoplasia, cells often undergo an abnormal pattern of growth, such as metaplasia or dysplasia. However, metaplasia or dysplasia does not always progress to neoplasia and can occur in other conditions as well. The word is from Ancient Greek 'new' and 'formation, creation'. Types A neoplasm can be benign, potentially ma ...
