Saint Andrew is a Parishes of Jamaica, parish, situated in the Ordinal directions, southeast of Jamaica in the county of Surrey, Jamaica, Surrey. Barry Brown (c. 1962, Jamaica — 29 May 2004) was a Jamaican reggae singer, initially coming to prominence in the 1970s with his work with Bunny Lee, but remaining popular throughout his career. Biography Barry Brown was one of a number of singers to find success in the 1970s under record producer Bunny Lee. After forming a short-lived group called The Aliens with Rod Taylor and Johnny Lee, Brown went solo. Captain Sinbad
Captain Sinbad was the deejay alter ego of Jamaican record producer Carl Dwyer (born c.1955). Biography Dwyer was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and entered the music industry as a deejay under the name Captain Sinbad on the ''Sound of Silence'' sound system, which at the time also featured Sugar Minott, with whom he recorded the "Pressure Rock" single.Larkin, p. 51Jeffries Minott had been associated with Clement "Coxsone" Dodd's Studio One label and studio for some years and took Dwyer there to record. Winston Holness, better known as Niney the Observer (born George Boswell, 1951, Montego Bay, Jamaica),Thompson, Dave (2002), ''Reggae & Caribbean Music'', Backbeat Books, . is a Jamaican record producer and singer who was a key figure in the creation of many classic reggae recordings dating from the 1970s and early 1980s.
