Pink Line (Delhi Metro)
The Pink Line (Line 7) is a metro rail line of the Delhi Metro, a rapid transit system in Delhi, India. It consists of 38 metro stations from Majlis Park to Shiv Vihar, both in North Delhi. The Pink Line, with a length of , is the longest individual line in Delhi Metro, breaking the record set by the operational Blue Line (excluding branch line). It is mostly elevated and covers Delhi in an almost 'U' shaped pattern. The Pink Line is also known as the Ring Road Line, as the entire line passes alongside the busy Ring Road in Delhi, that witnesses massive traffic jams every day. Dhaula Kuan Metro Station
The Dhaula Kuan Metro Station is located on the Delhi Airport Express Line of the Delhi Metro. This station is the only elevated one along the Airport Express Line and features check-in facilities. It did not commence operations along with the rest of the line and trains ran through the station without stopping initially. It was opened to the public for the first time on Independence Day, 15 August 2011. Under the Phase III network, the Durgabai Deshmukh South Campus metro station was built. Karkarduma Metro Station
The Karkarduma or Karkardooma metro station is an interchange station located on both the Blue Line and the Pink Line of Delhi Metro that was opened on 6 January 2010. Punjabi Bagh West Metro Station
The Punjabi Bagh West Metro Station is located on the Pink Line and Green Line of the Delhi Metro. It was opened on 14 March 2018. The station Station layout Facilities Entry/Exit Connections In late October 2019, it was decided to construct steel platforms on the viaduct of Green Line between Punjabi Bagh and Shivaji Park stations that will provide a seamless interchange between Green Line and Pink Line. Construction began that year itself and the new halt platform of Green Line, named Punjabi Bagh West, was thrown open to the public on 29 March 2022, after multiple delays.
