Harbourside Shopping Centre
Harbourside was a shopping centre in Darling Harbour, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Built in 1988 as part of the urban redevelopment of the Darling Harbour area during the 1980s, it was located in close proximity to other notable buildings such as the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Australian National Maritime Museum. On 9 December 2022, the centre closed permanently preceding its demolition. As of 2025, the site is being redeveloped as a mixed-use tower and retail complex. History Harbourside was opened on 4 May 1988 by Queen Elizabeth II, in which she formally opened the Darling Harbour redevelopment as part of the Australian Bicentennial celebrations. Kawana Shoppingworld is a regional shopping centre located in Buddina, Queensland, Australia, that is operated by Mirvac. Anchor tenants include Coles Supermarkets, Aldi, Woolworths Supermarkets, Big W, and JB Hi-Fi. History The centre opened in 1979 and was the first shopping centre to open on the Sunshine Coast. The centre has since undergone refurbishments. In 2002 a new food court was developed along with the addition of Bi-Lo (now Coles Supermarkets). Another extension began in January 2013 and included an Aldi supermarket and over 70 specialty stores which opened in mid-2014. Westpac Place is a commercial skyscraper located in the north-western corridor of the Sydney central business district, Australia. The building is the bank's Australian headquarters. The building was built for the Westpac Office Trust, being included in the sale of the trust to Mirvac in 2010. In July 2014, Mirvac sold a 50% share in the building to Blackstone Real Estate Asia. David Malcolm Justice Centre
The David Malcolm Justice Centre is a 33-storey, tall skyscraper on Barrack Street in Perth, Western Australia. The building is named after David Malcolm, a former chief justice of Western Australia, and houses civil courtrooms for the Supreme Court of Western Australia as well as office space for the Department of Treasury and the Department of Justice. Harold Park Paceway was a harness racing track in Forest Lodge, New South Wales, in use from 1890 to 2010. It was a half-mile track (804.5 metres) but was just 739 metres in circumference until some changes in its later years. Races at the track were run over distances of 1,760 m, 2,160 m, 2,565 m and occasionally 2,965 m. Rozelle Tram Depot is a former tram storage and operations centre that was part of the Trams in Sydney, Sydney tram network. It is the largest remaining former tram depot in Sydney. Waverley Park (also and originally called VFL Park) is an Australian rules football stadium in Mulgrave, Victoria, Australia. The first venue to be designed and built specifically for Australian Rules football, for most of its history, its purpose was as a neutral venue and used by all Victorian-based Victorian Football League/Australian Football League clubs.
