Majalengka
Majalengka ( su, ᮙᮏᮜᮦᮀᮊ) is a town and district in West Java, Indonesia. The district is the regency seat of Majalengka Regency. At the 2010 Census, the district had a population of 68,871, of which the town (comprising the communities of Majalengka Wetan and Majalengka Kulon) had a population of 20,906. At the 2020 Census, the town population had decreased to 20,549, while the district had 73,420 inhabitants in mid 2021.Badan Pusat Statistik, Jakarta, 2022. In Rajaguluh, one of the villages in Majalengka, from the town of Majalengka, there is a traditional food called "pedesan bebek" which tastes very good and a little bit spicy. Majalengka Regency
Majalengka Regency is the landlocked regencies ''(kabupaten)'' in West Java, Indonesia. It covers an area of 1,204.24 sq. km, and had a population of 1,166,473 at the 2010 Census and 1,305,476 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2021 was 1,318,965. The administrative capital is the town of Majalengka. Telephone numbers in Indonesia have different systems for land lines and mobile phones: land lines use area codes, while mobile phones do not. Sumedang
Sumedang (former spelling: Soemedang) is a town in Western Java, Indonesia, approximately 46 km northeast of Bandung. It is the capital of Sumedang Regency. The town is just south of the volcanic Mount Tampomas, which is 1,684 m (5,525 ft) high and is usually climbed from Cimalaka District, 7 km from Sumedang. Sumedang's museum, Prabu Geusan Ulun, houses a collection of traditional Sundanese weaponry, as well as some crown jewels and other finery. It is on Geusan Ulun Road. The town is famous for '' Sumedang tofu'', a local variety of deep fried tofu which was first made by a Chinese immigrant, Ong Kino.
