Jabberjaw
''Jabberjaw'' is an American animated television series created by Joe Ruby and Ken Spears and produced by Hanna-Barbera which aired 16 original episodes on ABC from September 11 to December 18, 1976. Reruns continued on ABC until September 3, 1978. Premise Jabberjaw, a 15-foot amphibious great white shark, is the drummer for The Neptunes, a rock group made up of four teenagers — Biff, Shelly, Bubbles and Clamhead — who live in an underwater civilization in the year 2076. Jabberjaw and The Neptunes travel to various underwater cities where they encounter and deal with assorted megalomaniacs and supervillains who want to conquer the undersea world. Patricia Parris (also professionally credited as Pat Parris, Patty Parris, Patti Parris and Patricia E. Tommy Cook (born July 5, 1930) is an American producer, screenwriter and actor. He came up with the story for the 1977 American disaster- suspense film'' Rollercoaster'', starring George Segal. Cook also voiced Augie Anderson and Biff on Hanna-Barbera's animated series '' The Funky Phantom'' and '' Jabberjaw''. Film Cook played a villainous tribesboy opposite Johnny Weissmuller in ''Tarzan and the Leopard Woman'', a "nice native lad" in ''Jungle Girl'' (a serial), and Little Beaver in the serial version of ''Adventures of Red Ryder''. Charles Kenneth Spears (March 12, 1938 – November 6, 2020) was an American animator, writer, television producer and sound editor. He was best known as a co-creator of the ''Scooby-Doo'' franchise, together with Joe Ruby. In 1977, they co-founded the television animation production company Ruby-Spears Productions. Joseph Clemens Ruby (March 30, 1933 – August 26, 2020) was an American animator, writer, television producer, and music editor. He was best known as the creator of the animated ''Scooby-Doo'' franchise, together with Ken Spears.
