Fleet Foxes
Fleet Foxes is an American indie folk band formed in Seattle, Washington, in 2006. The band consists of Robin Pecknold (vocals, guitar), Skyler Skjelset (guitar, mandolin, backing vocals), Casey Wescott (keyboards, mandolin, backing vocals), Christian Wargo (bass, guitar, backing vocals), and Morgan Henderson (upright bass, guitar, woodwinds, violin, percussion, saxophone). Fleet Foxes came to prominence in 2008 with the release of their second EP '' Sun Giant'' and their eponymous debut album on Sub Pop. Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (commonly called the Coachella Festival or simply Coachella) is an annual music and arts festival held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, in the Coachella Valley in the Colorado Desert. ''Sun Giant'' is the second EP by American band Fleet Foxes, released on April 8, 2008, by Sub Pop and Bella Union. While the EP was released prior to their debut album, ''Fleet Foxes'', ''Sun Giant'' was recorded after the LP. ''Sun Giant'' was originally intended to be a tour only release, but demand from fans led to its official release. Fleet Foxes had stated that ''Sun Giant'' was pressed so that they had something to sell on tour, and clarified that the music was not indicative of their ambitions. Kirkland is a city in King County, Washington, United States. Lake Washington High School is a four-year public high school in Kirkland, Washington, a suburb east of Seattle. It is one of four main high schools in the Lake Washington School District, with an enrollment capacity of approximately 1,500 students. ''Shore'' is the fourth studio album by American band Fleet Foxes, released on September 22, 2020, by Anti- Records. It was announced one day in advance of its release, and was intentionally released exactly at the autumnal equinox on September 22, 2020. It is the follow-up to their 2017 album '' Crack-Up'' and is the band's first release on Anti- Records. It is the band's second album since regrouping in 2016 after a three-year hiatus. Frontman Robin Pecknold began writing ''Shore'' in September 2018 and recorded the album between September 2019 and September 2020, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. Pecknold produced the album, working alongside recording and mixing engineer Beatriz Artola.
