ESPN Books is a publishing company operated by ESPN Started in 2004, ESPN Books has published almost 20 books. ESPN Books also is in charge of producing ESPN's yearly sports encyclopedia. It also controls its own book club and in addition it ranks the top selling sports books in ESPN Borders. Since 2008, it has co-published its books with Ballantine Books. George Lois
George Lois (June 26, 1931 – November 18, 2022) was an American art director, designer, and author. Lois was perhaps best known for over 92 covers he designed for ''Esquire'' magazine from 1962 to 1973. Background Lois was born in New York City on June 26, 1931, the son of Greek immigrants. Lois attended The High School of Music & Art, and received a basketball scholarship to Syracuse University, although he chose to attend Pratt Institute. Lois attended only one year at Pratt, then left to work for Reba Sochis until he was drafted six months later by the Army to fight in the Korean War. Career CBS After the Korean war, Lois went to work for the advertising and promotions department at CBS where he designed print and media projects. Steven Ira "Steve" Wulf (born December 4, 1950) is an American magazine journalist, editor, and book writer. A former executive editor at ''ESPN The Magazine'', Wulf continues to write for ''ESPN The Magazine'' as well as ESPN.com. Scott Fischman (born 1980 in Langhorne, Pennsylvania) is an American professional poker player based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Poker career Fischman grew up in South Jersey and moved to Las Vegas at the age of 12. He was introduced to poker by a school friend and went on to become a poker dealer at the Sahara and The Mirage. Bruce Feldman
Bruce Feldman is an American racing driver from San Ramon, California. He won the 1988 Barber Saab Pro Series championship. He also competed in the 1992 Indy Lights season. Racing career Feldman Started racing in go karts at age 10 and that was followed by success in drag racing and solo contests. After a career in SCCA Formula Ford and the Skip Barber Racing Series, Feldman debuted in the first ever Barber Saab Pro Series. Feldman won the sixth race of the 2006 season at Road America. John Amaechi
John Uzoma Ekwugha Amaechi , OBE (; born 26 November 1970) is a British-American psychologist, consultant and former professional basketball player. He played college basketball at Vanderbilt and Penn State, and professional basketball in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Amaechi also played in France, Greece, Italy, and the United Kingdom. Since retiring from basketball, Amaechi has worked as a psychologist and consultant, establishing his company Amaechi Performance Systems. Steve Rosenbloom (born November 23, 1944) is a former American football executive who served as president of the Baltimore Colts and Los Angeles Rams and general manager of the New Orleans Saints.
