Bodega Ridge Provincial Park
Bodega Ridge Provincial Park is a provincial park in British Columbia, Canada. It is on Galiano Island, which lies between Vancouver and Vancouver Island, and comprises . The park's high cliffs are home to bald eagles, peregrine falcons, and turkey vultures. The park was preserved as a result of a long fund-raising campaign from 1991 to 1995, which eventually gained the support of the Nature Conservancy of Canada. In recent years it has received donations from adjacent landowners, and has nearly doubled in size. Ladysmith, originally Oyster Harbour, is a town located on the 49th parallel north on the east coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Galiano Island
Galiano Island ( Hul'qumi'num: ''Swiikw'') is one of the Southern Gulf Islands located between Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada. Located on the west side of the Strait of Georgia, the island is bordered by Mayne Island to the southeast, Salt Spring Island to the west and Valdes Island to the northwest.
