''Batibot'' is a Philippine television educational show produced by the Philippine Children's Television Foundation (PCTF). Bodjie Pascua
Luisito "Bodjie" Pascua (born March 2, 1955) is a Filipino stage and film & TV actor and former children's television host. He is best known as "Kuya Bodjie" ("Big Brother Bodjie"), the iconic character he portrayed on the children's educational television program ''Batibot''. On Batibot, Kuya Bodjie interacted with the other Batibot characters as part of the show's regular portion. Pascua's unique claim to fame, however, was a segment called "''Mga Kwento ni Kuya Bodjie''" ("Kuya Bodjie's stories") which featured Pascua telling a new short Children's story in every episode. Pascua called on his theater skills to make the narration lively and to give each character in the stories their own unique voice. Ching Arellano (June 6, 1960 – February 12, 2011) was a Filipino comedian and actor. He was former mainstay in ''Batibot''. Early life Born Francis Anthony A. Arellano on June 6, 1960, in Mary Johnston Hospital, Manila. He grew up in Malabon, Metro Manila. Fermar is a muppet-style character developed by the Children's Television Workshop (CTW) for the Filipino children's show ''Sesame'', a co-production between CTW and the Philippine Children's Television Foundation (PCTF) which debuted in 1983. Pong Pagong is an anthropomorphic turtle, similar to Big Bird of ''Sesame Street'', standing over six feet tall and towering over human co-stars and aged to be around six years old.
