Łysogóry can be divided into two parts: * eastern half, densely covered by the Jodlowa Wilderness (Puszcza Jodlowa), which contains both highest peaks of the range, and it lies within boundaries of Swietokrzyski National Park, * western half, less forested and with smaller peaks.
