. However, a Stand named Whitesnake ambushes Jotaro and extracts his memories and Star Platinum in the form of two discs, leaving him in a coma. Jolyne realizes the extent of her father's love for her and resolves to recover his discs from Whitesnake's user, a Catholic priest named Enrico Pucci. Along the way, Jolyne allies with Emporio Alniño, a boy born in prison whose mother was killed by Whitesnake, and Ermes Costello, an inmate seeking to avenge her sister's death. Jolyne also befriends Foo Fighters, a plankton colony Whitesnake gave sentience to guard its stolen Stand discs, and Weather Report, an amnesiac who can control the weather itself.
