Zhang Zuoji (18 January 1945 – 11 June 2021) was a Chinese politician and the former
governor of Heilongjiang. He also served as the director of the economic committee of the 11th
Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).

He was confirmed as governor later and served in this post until December 2007. In March 2008, Zhang became chairperson of the

On 11 June 2021, he died of illness in Harbin, Heilongjiang, aged 76.
