Born in Akron, Ohio on February 4, 1931, Popovich served in the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1953. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh in 1954, and a Bachelor of Laws from the

Career

Popovich served on the

Death

Popovich died on March 20, 2018. He was eighty-seven years old.
