Wrestling at the 1928 Summer Olympics programme. It was the third appearance of the event.
Welterweight was the median category, including wrestlers weighing up to 72 kilograms.
Arvo Haavisto
Arvo Jaakko Haavisto (7 January 1900 – 22 April 1977) was a Finnish wrestler. He won a bronze medal at the 1924 Olympics and a gold medal in 1928, both in freestyle wrestling.
