Of the 1,817 households 42.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 70.6% were married couples living together, 6.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.3% were non-families. 14.5% of households were one person and 4.7% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.86 and the average family size was 3.19. The age distribution was 29.5% under the age of 18, 5.7% from 18 to 24, 33.9% from 25 to 44, 23.0% from 45 to 64, and 7.9% 65 or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females, there were 103.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 102.8 males. The median household income was $68,378 and the median family income was $74,497.
