The West Lake is divided into the South Lake (), Feng Lake (), Ping Lake (), E Lake () and Ling Lake (). The West Lake is in the subtropical monsoon climate zone, enjoying ample sunshine and abundant precipitation. The highest temperature is , and the lowest temperature is .
