Peters and lee became the first act to have a no 1 LP and single at the same time since the Beatles with the single "welcome home" as the sole single from the LP. Songs used to promote the LP were "I'm confessin'" on the Mike and bernie winters show and "Rolf Harris" show, "Let it be me" on many shows and "welcome home" on "top of the pops" many times in the summer of 1973. The album went gold.
