Biography

Lönnqvist was born in Malmö on 26 June 1936. He was a graduate of
Lund University , motto = Ad utrumque , mottoeng = Prepared for both , established = , type = Public research university , budget = SEK 9 billion Tyresö to work at the department of chancellor. He served at the Parliament for the Social Democratic Party between 1985 and 1992. He was appointed minister of sports, youth and tourism in 1986 and remained in the post until 1989. As of 1986 he was also the state secretary at the
