Umberto Bruni (24 November 1914 – 1 February 2021) was a Canadian artist and painter. He served as director of the Académie Internationale des Beaux-Arts du Québec.


Biography

Bruni was born in

to an Italian family. He learned how to decorate murals and stained glass at the age of 13 after studying Guido Nincheri. He studied at the École des beaux-arts de Montréal from 1930 to 1938.
