The architects are mentioned in this order in the paper written by Mattioni (''Il grattacielo di Milano'') in ''Edilizia Moderna'', n. 56. Unfortunately, thereafter many publications erroneously placed them in alphabetical order or attributed the work to Mattioni alone. The eight floors of the lower body are devoted exclusively to offices, while the rest of the building houses residential apartments. The building is currently under restyling.
