On 1 February 2021, Harwood-Bellis joined EFL Championship, Championship side Blackburn Rovers F.C., Blackburn Rovers on loan for the remainder of the 2020–21 season. Five days later, he made his debut for Blackburn as a substitute for Ryan Nyambe in a 0–1 away league defeat by Queens Park Rangers F.C., Queens Park Rangers. On 27 June, Harwood-Bellis joined Belgian First Division A side R.S.C. Anderlecht, Anderlecht on a season-long loan deal.


Stoke City (loan)

On 11 January 2022, Harwood-Bellis joined EFL Championship, Championship side Stoke City F.C., Stoke City on loan until the end of the 2021–22 Stoke City F.C. season, 2021–22 season. Harwood-Bellis was a regular in the side for the remainder of the season, playing 24 times as Stoke finished in 14th position.
