In round 18 of the 2004 season against Collingwood he booted four goals. Zantuck was delisted at the end of 2005. Ty Zantuck was diagnosed with suspected chronic traumatic encephalopathy in late 2021. He sued Richmond Football Club and two of its doctors for breaching their duty of care to him in the
