traditionalist home of Jewish immigrants from Poland who lived in the
Florentin district of south Tel Aviv. During the early 1960s, Tzafir got his show business breakthrough when he served in the IDF
Nahal entertainment troupe. Since then he has become one of Israel's biggest TV, cinema, and stage entertainers, particularly humor and satire television and stage shows.
