Tsubakimoto Chain was established in 1917 by Setsuzo Tsubakimoto in Kita-ku, Osaka as a private enterprise known as Tsubakimoto Shoten manufacturing bicycle chains. They soon moved to roller chain and conveyor equipment production, ceasing
