After graduating from high school, she enrolled at the University of Santo Tomas in 2013 for her undergraduate studies and joined the Golden Tigresses, the women's varsity volleyball team of UST which plays in the UAAP. After playing on her first year with the team, Patricia Santos was removed from the team roster the following year due to her undergoing surgery on her appendix. In school year 2015, she transferred to
