Tittabawassee Township is a civil township of Saginaw County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The 2020 Census placed the population at 10,691. The township is named for the Tittabawassee River.

As of the census of 2000, there were 7,706 people, 2,383 households, and 1,849 families residing in the township. The population density was . The racial makeup of the township was 87.32% White, 8.89% African American, 0.53% Native American, 0.48% Asian, 0.04% Pacific Islander, 0.78% from other races, and 1.96% from two or more races. The average household size was 2.69 and the average family size was 3.08. In the township the population was spread out, with 23.9% under the age of 18, 7.5% from 18 to 24, 39.2% from 25 to 44, 22.0% from 45 to 64, and 7.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 35 years. For every 100 females, there were 137.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 148.2 males. The median income for a household in the township was $54,980, and the median income for a family was $66,455. Males had a median income of $50,137 versus $30,994 for females. The per capita income for the township was $20,554. About 4.3% of families and 4.7% of the population were below the poverty line, including 4.0% of those under age 18 and 6.8% of those age 65 or over.
