Greencastle, Pennsylvania on April 20, 1785 to Robert and Prudence (Grubb) McCullough. He attended common schools and studied law.
Career
McCullough was
admitted to the
Franklin County bar on April 8, 1806.
McCullough served in the
War of 1812

Chambersburg, Pennsylvania on September 10, 1848.
