''SymfUni'' was founded in 2007 by a group of students at the University of Copenhagen. At this moment, the orchestra consists of about 60 students from all kinds of study programs at the University of Copenhagen as well as a large group of international students and students from other universities in the Copenhagen metropolitan area. ''SymfUni'' has collaborated with different choirs and in spring 2012 the orchestra travelled to the Netherlands to perform
