Plot

An angel arrives on earth tasked with improving the world. The main task involves conning a
pawnbroker A pawnbroker is an individual or business (pawnshop or pawn shop) that offers secured loans to people, with items of personal property used as collateral. The items having been ''pawned'' to the broker are themselves called ''pledges'' or ...
(who specialises in old musical instruments) into believing her harp is valuable. This is set up by organising a "chance meeting" in a pub and convincing him, through a man talking, that he could obtain a valuable harp.
