Tessi is a French company specializing in business process
outsourcing. It supports other companies in digitizing all or part of their activities.
History
The French company Tessi was founded in 1971. From 2001 to 2021, the company is listed on the
Paris stock exchange.
In the 2000s, it consolidated its development through external growth. This strategy continued into the 2010s, with the acquisition of software publisher Logidoc in 2011, the acquisition of cyber security player Dhimyotis in 2017, and the acquisition of Spanish cloud computing specialist Todo en Cloud the following year.
[.] Continuing its business diversification, the Grenoble, France-based company bought call center operator
ADM Value in July 2019, for 110 million euros. In the same year, by taking over Rouen-based Orone France, Tessi moves closer to its historic core business of check processing.
