Sir Terence Keith Morgan (born 28 December 1948) is a British
engineer.

Terry Morgan was born in 1948. His early education was at

Career
Morgan became Chairman of
Crossrail in 2009. Between 2002 and 2009 he was Chief Executive Officer of
Tube Lines, the
public–private partnership company that was responsible for the maintenance, renewal and upgrade of the infrastructure of three
London Underground lines. Morgan is Non-Executive Chairman of the Manufacturing Technology Centre and of the National Skills Academy for Railway Engineering. He is a past president of the
