There were 366 housing units at an average density of 96.9 per square mile (37.4/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 95.71% White, 1.07% Native American, 0.32% Pacific Islander, 1.29% from other races, and 1.61% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.79% of the population. There were 339 households, out of which 35.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.1% were married couples living together, 7.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.7% were non-families. 17.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.75 and the average family size was 3.08. In the city, the population was spread out, with 27.9% under the age of 18, 5.9% from 18 to 24, 32.7% from 25 to 44, 22.8% from 45 to 64, and 10.7% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females, there were 97.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.8 males. The median income for a household in the city was $44,231, and the median income for a family was $50,450. Males had a median income of $36,458 versus $21,250 for females. The per capita income for the city was $17,012. About 5.2% of families and 6.4% of the population were below the poverty line, including 9.0% of those under age 18 and 2.0% of those age 65 or over.
