Taha Ismail ( ar, طه اسماعيل; born 8 February 1939) is an Egyptian former
footballer A football player or footballer is a sportsperson who plays one of the different types of football. The main types of football are association football, American football, Canadian football, Australian rules football, Gaelic football, rugby ...
who played as a forward for Al-Ahly and the Egypt national team. He represented his country in the 1964 Summer Olympics. After retiring, Ismail transitioned to managing the Saudi Arabia national team from 1972 to 1974, and had two short spells managing the Egypt national football team.
